The Adoration of Jenna Fox by Mary E. Pearson.

How far would you go to save someone you loved?

Who is Jenna Fox? Seventeen-year-old Jenna has been told that is her name. She has just awoken from a coma, they tell her, and she is still recovering from a terrible accident in which she was involved a year ago. But what happened before that? Jenna doesn't remember her life. Or does she? And are the memories really hers?

Wow, I enjoyed this book so much, it was an excellent read. It is very thought provoking and intelligent, and raises many ethical questions. I like books that get me thinking and that pose a question or situation that I can mull over even when I'm done reading them. This book did so. The writing flowed very well, and I found this book hard to put down. I was up until 12:30 last night reading it! It is fascinating to watch as Jenna uncovers the mysteries that surround her existence. I did have one problem with this book. While her character was very well developed, I felt like other characters in the novel were lacking in depth. I didn't understand their motives or have a clear understanding of what they were like. Other than that though, this book was amazing. I would recommend it to any one who is looking for a good, though provoking read.
